2. We usually ship out the order to your given address in 1 - 2 business days since we confirmed your payment, at the same time, we will email a new invoice to you with the tracking number, you can tracking your order online in 24 hours since you received it .

3. If you have special requirements about the declare description and the declare value on the delivery invoice, please write a special note when you checkout online. Otherwise, our packing department will write as ZEE ELECTRONICS LIMITED and mark the declared value about 50 USD each as default. We will not be responsible for orders confiscated which caused by declare description and declare value.

4. When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery invoice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can consider to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you.

RETURN POLICY:  All returns and exchange can be made only within 90 days from purchase date. We only offer store credits for all returns. We do refund money,exceptions. All store credits will be in the amount of the original invoice amount minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and its components. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.

Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit has less than sixty minutes and is within a period of 90days from the date of receipt. The item must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, manuals, and all accessories.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use FedEx "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to ZEE ELECTRONICS LIMITED,  will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please be informed that we are just a mobile phone Distributor/Wholesaler, we will ensure that all phones are in brand new condition and no problem in operation before we send out.

In this case, we cannot provide any refund, exchange of goods or repairing service Free of Charge. If repairing is needed, a repairing fee will be charged,But if received with the original box and receipt we will refund or send you another units for replacement.
